Georgia is a Workplace Mental Health Consultant & Trainer, Licensed Clinician and Certified Professional Life Coach, who leverages an Environmental Engineering background to set the framework, language, and impact of coaching across corporate and one-on-one environments. She specializes in providing comprehensive guidance to organizations on mental health literacy, crisis response and intervention, employee mental health and wellbeing, and designing work environments deemed psychologically healthy and safe for employees. Georgia’s expertise extends to developing proactive strategies aimed at enhancing workforce productivity, engagement, and retention.
Since 2021, she has served as a technical presenter and/or keynote speaker at regional and national conferences hosted by the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP), National Safety Council, and Georgia Safety Conference. She is a virtual trainer for safety professionals within the ASSP's Safety FOCUS program, and in 2022, provided mental health literacy training to L'Oréal's emergency response team. She routinely makes appearances in both traditional and social media interviews for her insights and perspectives on mental health.

Pam is VP of Environment, Health, Safety & Quality solutions at Ideagen. Previously, Pam was an executive at Verdantix and leading EHS technology companies where she spent 12 years focused on software that helps customers ensure technology supports programs, delivers value and drives safety improvements. She spent 15 years as an EHS manager working in pharmaceuticals, automotive and specialty chemical manufacturing before transitioning to the technical side.
